Moving from another area, Ginger Dutmers was suggested as a Realtor by our son who had just moved to the area and used her as his Realtor. When the mortgage company failed after five weeks to allow us to close even though we supplied them with everything they asked, Ginger found us someone willing to handle our mortgage and we closed in approximately one week. I call that service!! So if you are looking for a Realtor and a realty company, I suggest you call Ginger. You will get one of the better Realtors in the area and a top flight realty company, but also when you have found your home, you will also have found a friend.
